The activities include:

• Managing activities necessary to improve existing products or services and create new products; developing new technical production processes; increasing production yields; seeking solutions for pilot and industrial processes for new sectors;
• Leading organizational processes related to analysis, innovation, and corporate development;
• Analyzing market needs and requests by collaborating with commercial teams to understand market demands;
• Setting up experimental tests and ensuring their validity and the significance of results;

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering;
• Previous experience in the role (at least 4 years);
• Good knowledge of the English language;
