Job summary

Fedrigoni SpA in Caponago seeks an R&D and Regulatory Specialist to monitor upcoming and existing regulations and implement actions to keep products compliant (PPWR, REACH, food-contact, environmental requirements). You’ll provide fast, precise regulatory guidance to internal teams and customers, and coordinate external tests for product qualification.

You’ll engage with suppliers, support R&D and Marketing on sustainability-driven applications, and drive eco-design and life-cycle initiatives,

Qualifications

Degree in Chemistry or Engineering with an analytical mindset.
Strong ability to interpret and apply regulations across products.

Responsibilities

Monitor upcoming and existing regulations and implement actions to ensure product compliance (PPWR, REACH, food-contact, environmental).
Provide regulatory guidance to internal teams and customers for market readiness.
Design and coordinate external tests for product qualification (fire classification, food-contact).
Engage with suppliers to collect regulatory information and update technical documents.
Support R&D and Marketing in evaluating product suitability for regulated applications.
Lead sustainability initiatives related to eco-design and life-cycle assessment.
