You will manage deliverables, lead a project team, and ensure high quality of products, while collaborating across functions in a dynamic and diverse environment.

ABOUT YOU

  • University degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Operational Performance experience.
  • English proficiency at C1 level as per European standards.
  • Italian language skills are a plus.

YOUR TASKS

  • Lead the project team during the Product Development Process.
  • Manage all project deliverables, including product requirements, costs, investments, timing, quality, design, and risk management.
  • Organize, steer, and report on project progress and maturity.
  • Report on resource allocation and prioritization.
  • Address project timing concerns and prepare presentations and deliverables for approval.
  • Track budgets and ensure proper documentation such as technical specifications, drawings, BOM, and installation diagrams.
  • Maintain high quality and reliability standards for products.
  • Foster a strong teamwork approach and demonstrate organizational skills.
