Toyota Material Handling Manufacturing Italy SpA in Bologna seeks an engineer or graduate to join the R&D department as a Project Manager. You will lead cross-functional teams to drive new product development from concept to production, ensuring time, quality, scope and cost targets are met.

You will manage projects according to the Toyota New Product Development process and interact daily with internal R&D and international Toyota teams, contributing to a dynamic, global environment.

Competenze

• 2-3 years of experience/competence in Project Management (PMP, CSM or other Project Management certifications can be considered a plus)
• Ability to communicate fluently and effectively in English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Project
• Organized, precise, and efficient
• Proactive attitude

We are seeking an engineer or graduate in mechanics or electronics for a position within the R&D department based in Bologna.

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams and driving new product development projects. Your primary objective will be to guide these projects from concept to the start of production, consistently prioritizing time, quality, scope, and cost considerations.

The identified candidate will have the chance to

• Learn and work in an international environment with daily contact with all the Toyota Companies
• Supporting Toyota R&D practices
• Daily contact with Research teams
• Manage projects according to Toyota New Product Development process
• Have an overview of the company’s department overall

Qualifications/Requirements

Salary Range

The Gross Annual Salary (RAL) will be determined within a salary range of €38,000 to €43,000, in accordance with the Italian Metalworking Industry Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria)
