Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, physics, math, or related fields.
• Experience working on data-driven insights where problem definition, evaluation, and decision-making were key responsibilities.
• Experience in analytics, modeling, or diagnostics.
• Experience in product or technical problem definition that aligns to clear business value.
• Strong problem structuring and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work with uncertain and incomplete information.
• Experience defining metrics and evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to different audiences.
• Comfortable working with data teams (no need to code, but technical fluency is expected).
• Ability to make decisions and recommendations under uncertainty.
