Amcor is seeking a Product Design & Innovation Analyst to support the development and industrialization of new packaging products. The role is hybrid and based in Italy, with collaboration across international teams to drive sustainability and cost improvements.

You will work on validating concepts, preparing technical documentation, and supporting cross-functional launches while developing expertise in product validation, industrialization and manufacturing processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering/science field.
• Open to recent graduates or up to 2 years of experience in R&D or product development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Mansioni

• Support development, validation and industrialization of new products and technologies.
• Conduct laboratory testing, product validation and performance assessments.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites to support scale-up and product launches.
• Analyze technical data and provide recommendations to support decision making.
