Amcor is seeking a Product Design & Innovation Analyst to join the R&D Development Center. The role focuses on supporting the development, validation and industrialization of new products and technologies, with emphasis on innovation, sustainability and cost optimization.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates or have up to 2 years in R&D or related fields, fluent in English, and eager to work across cross-functional and international teams to drive product launches and continuously improve

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Packaging Engineering, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Open to recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in R&D, product development, manufacturing, engineering or a technical environment.
• Demonstrated interest in product development, innovation, sustainability or manufacturing processes through internships, university projects, placements, or early career experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international teams.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.

• Support the execution of R&D projects from concept through validation and industrialization.
• Conduct laboratory testing, product validation and performance assessments.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, reports and qualification protocols.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites to support scale-up activities and product launches.

Reporting to: R&D Development Center Manager / R&D Cluster Head

Scope

Support the development, validation and industrialization of new products and technologies within the R&D Development Center. Contribute to product innovation, sustainability and cost optimization initiatives while ensuring projects meet quality, performance and customer requirements. Work closely with manufacturing sites and cross-functional teams to support successful scale-up and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of R&D projects from concept through validation and industrialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Packaging Engineering, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related scientific/engineering discipline.
• Open to recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in R&D, product development, manufacturing, engineering, or a technical environment.
• Demonstrated interest in product development, innovation, sustainability, or manufacturing processes through internships, university projects, placements, or early career experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international teams.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical expertise in product validation, industrialization, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
