Job description

Ceccato Aria Compressa is seeking a mechanical engineer for its R&D team to respond swiftly to market needs and attract new business.

As part of the Technical Office, your role will involve developing new products and updating or modifying existing ones.

This position requires close collaboration with Team Leaders of the Engineering Department, interaction with teams from other offices and departments (Purchasing, Marketing, Manufacturing), and coordination within the group network.

Mission

• Design development, risk analysis, and verification of product compliance with current regulations (environmental, safety, etc.).
• Assess the accuracy of data related to preventive costs and feasibility.
• Select components considering technical and economic factors.
• Develop the Bill of Materials and related documentation.
• Create the CE and PED technical files.
• Provide technical support during product launch and production phases.

Experience requirements

2-3 years of experience in a structured company's Technical Office is required.

Educational requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience of 10 years in companies designing and manufacturing air compressors.

Skills requirements

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good personal skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
