Cooper Consumer Health Italy cerca un/la RD Intern per supportare lo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti cosmetici e dispositivi medici presso la sede di Monza. Il ruolo coinvolge formulazione, testing e collaborazione con team trasversali (Marketing, Regulatory, Qualità, Operations e Supply Chain).

La posizione è un tirocinio strutturato di 6 mesi a tempo pieno, con orario 38,5 h/settimana, smart working 1 giorno/settimana e indennità mensile di 900,00 € lordi.

Competenze

• Laurea scientifica in Chimica farmaceutica e tecnologia o titolo equivalente.
• Inglese fluente sia scritto sia parlato.
• Fortissimo interesse per formulazione cosmetica e sviluppo prodotto.

Mansioni

• Supporta lo sviluppo di cosmetici e dispositivi medici dall’ideazione al lancio.
• Conduce prove di laboratorio, stability e test di compatibilità.
• Gestisce inventario di materiali di laboratorio, ordini e stoccaggio.

We are looking for a passionate and curious RD Intern to join our Research Development team in Monza.

Internship Overview

This internship represents an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate interested in cosmetic and medical device formulation, product innovation, and consumer healthcare. The selected candidate will support the development of new cosmetic and medical device products from concept to launch, working closely with cross‑functional teams including Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Key activities

• Support the formulation and development of cosmetic products, from laboratory prototypes to industrial scale‑up.
• Conduct laboratory trials, stability assessments, and compatibility tests with packaging materials.
• Manage laboratory raw materials inventory, including stock monitoring, ordering support, and storage organization.
• Support the maintenance, calibration, and routine verification of laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
• Support the preparation of technical documentation, product specifications, and project reports.

Qualifications

• Scientific degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Cosmetic Science, or equivalent scientific disciplines.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interest in cosmetic formulation, product development, and laboratory activities.

Attitude

• Curiosity, proactivity and passion.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong scientific mindset.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple activities simultaneously.

What we offer

Location: Via Valosa di Sopra n. 9 – Monza (MB)

Duration: initially 6 months.

Working hours: Full‑time (38,5 hours per week), Monday to Friday (shorter hours on Friday)

Smart working: 1 day per week

Monthly allowance: €900,00

Meal vouchers: €6,00 for remote working days

On‑site Canteen.

This internship is a structured training experience designed to support entry into the professional world.
