Your contribution to Prysmian's Success:

As part of our HQ R&D team, we are looking for an R&DInstallation Engineer to join our laboratory in Quattordio (AL).

Reporting directly tothe R&D Electrical Laboratories Manager, you will:

  • Coordinate teams of jointers to install timely with the best quality standards the accessories required by the contracts

  • Ensure the suitability of accessories to be installed, ensure NWC operating instructions application and control any critical phase of the accessory’s installation

  • Plan the activities optimizing the resources and tools assigned to the specific projects of accessories installation with strong focus on the technical aspects

  • Coordinate helpers (subcontracted) on site if required

  • Guarantee the compliance with internal rules and procedures during the entire process

You are the right fit if you have/are:

  • Technical Degree in Engineering

  • Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken)

  • Knowledge and familiarity with of all basic and common software tools like Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and Internet use

  • Willingness to travel also abroad

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills

  • Decision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset
