Hiab, based in Minerbio, Italy, seeks an engineer to join the R&D Control System team to support crane control systems and prototyping efforts.

In this permanent role, you will define parameters, assist testing, and collaborate across functions in an international environment, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• University degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering Tech or Industrial Design.
• Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Experience in creating electrical drawings.
• Ability to interact with all business functions.

Mansioni

• Define parameter values for cranes (models, versions, features).
• Support prototype development and product testing/validation.
• Collaborate with Tech Support to solve control system setup issues.
• Determine functional tests and monitor approvals.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Provide technical support to the assembly line.

Your mission

As a member of the R&D Control System team located in Minerbio we offer you a unique opportunity to participate in the setup of a new organization based on international standards, challenging tasks and growth opportunities in an international work environment, good interpersonal relations, spirit of cooperation and attractive employment conditions.

This position will be based in Minerbio, Italy.

Key Responsibilities

• Definition of parameter values for cranes (models, versions and new features)
• Support in the development of prototypes and product testing / validation activities
• Collaborate with Tech. Support Dept. to solve issues regarding the control system setup of the cranes
• Determination of the functional tests to be carried out participating in their monitoring and approval
• Participate in problem root cause analysis and corrective / preventive action procedures
• Give technical support to the assembly line.

What We Are Looking For

• University degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering Technology or Industrial Design
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and their limitations
• Experience in electrical drawings creation
• Proficient in interacting with all functions within a business
• Knowledge of CAD systems and electronic and hydraulic systems would be an advantage
• Fluent written and spoken English and Italian.

Gross Annual Salary (RAL Range): €28.000 – € 35.000

National Collective Labor Agreement: CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria e Integrativo Aziendale di secondo livello

Contract Type: Permanent (Tempo Indeterminato)

Framing/Classification: Level Junior / Mid
