Competenze

Join our team of experienced engineers shaping the future of heat pumps.

As R&D Engineer, you will:

1. Design and set up tests for machine interfaces and debugging.
2. Create software testing plans and debug software at the product level.
3. Define and execute qualification plans for electric/electronic components.
4. Develop hardware and software specifications for electronic boards in heat pumps.
5. Create technical documentation for purchased electronic components.
6. Communicate with suppliers on technical topics.
7. Ensure certifications for electric/electronic components (LVD and EMC).
8. Collaborate with other R&D teams.
9. Support production activities.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Engineering or related fields.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in HVAC/White Goods.
3. Knowledge of testing tools programming (e.g., I/O data logger, LabView; Python is a plus).
4. Understanding of communication protocols and control box design/testing.
5. Fluent in English.
6. Willingness to travel for business.
