R&D EMEA Scientist Baby Care

Randstad Inhouse, Specialty Pharma, for a multinational company in the consumer healthcare sector is looking for a R&D EMEA Scientist Baby Care. The R&D Deployment Scientist will take part in projects linking the formula and processing activities to brand strategy, targets, and problem resolution methods with demonstrated rigor and deep organizational knowledge whilst embedding sustainability into all actions.

Work area: Pomezia

Contractual situation: fixed-term contract.

Retribuzione annua: 28000€ - 34000€

Esperienza: 2 anni

Responsabilità:

• Develop technical expertise in product design/formulation and process development/process scale-up
• Operate with technical direction
• Participate in cross-functional project team discussions defining and coordinating deliverables (e.g.: R&D)
• Connect with end-to-end R&D functions defining the execution pathway and ensuring deliverables remain on track and support
• Draft and execute peer-reviewed manuscripts, technical reports
• Follow standards and quality, medical and regulatory requirements

Qualifiche:

The ideal candidate has:

• Master’s degree
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience and understanding of formulated products is preferred.
• Cosmetics, OTC, or pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
• Fluent written and oral English communication skills are required.
• Project management skills are required.
• The ability to develop an understanding of formulation technology and chemical science.
• The ability to optimize formulated ingredients to meet cost objectives and to manage the availability of raw materials.
