ABB Smart Power is seeking a technical tester to contribute to R&D and certification processes for low-voltage circuit breakers and switchboards in Bergamo. You will configure transformers and loads, prepare the DUT, and run electrical tests with a collaborative team.

The role reports to the R&D Team Lead and requires rotating shifts, Italian/English communication, and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in electrotechnical field or electrical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electrical testing standards and procedures.
• Proven ability to interpret test results and document findings.

Responsabilités

• Define test sequences and procedures with reference to standards; prepare setup and connect DUT.
• Analyze test results to verify product compliance with standards.
• Produce and develop test reports for tested equipment.
• Suggest improvements in test techniques and equipment usage.
• Assist and support customers during testing activities.
