Kenvue seeks an R&D Deployment Materials Associate Scientist based in Pomezia (Rome area), working hybrid. You will support scientists, drive material qualification, and manage GCC-related activities within a global cross-functional team.

Preferred degree in chemical engineering, chemistry or pharmacy, and 1 year in R&D. Fluent English, strong communication, and problem solving are essential for this role. 12-month fixed-term contract with competitive benefits.

This position reports into R&D Deployment Principal Scientist Materials and is based in Pomezia Santa Palomba (Rome).

As R&D Deployment Materials Associated Scientist, he/she supports other Scientists on projects to secure Business, ensures compliance, reduces complexity and optimizes costs of our Kenvue raw material chemical portfolio currently on the market. She/He is supporting executing double sourcing qualification and manage properly the change will occur on current raw material portfolio up to the GCC compilation.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Fluent English
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability in term of Problem-solving, Complexity management and Decision-making authority
• Ability to collaborate with different areas (global cross functional teams, suppliers)
• Strong passion for science, technology, innovation and problem solving
• 1 year of experience in R&D department
