Kenvue is recruiting for an R&D Deployment Materials Associated Scientist based in Italy. The role supports projects to secure business, ensures compliance, reduces complexity and optimizes costs of the raw material portfolio.

It reports into the R&D Deployment Principal Scientist Materials and is based in Pomezia Santa Palomba (Rome) with a hybrid work setup. The ideal candidate has a degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related field, fluent English, strong communication

What you will do

As R&D Deployment Materials Associated Scientist, he/she supports other Scientists on projects to secure Business, ensures compliance, reduces complexity and optimizes costs of our Kenvue raw material chemical portfolio currently on the market. She/He is supporting executing double sourcing qualification and manage properly the change will occur on current raw material portfolio up to the GCC compilation.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Fluent English
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability in term of Problem-solving, Complexity management and Decision-making authority
• Ability to collaborate with different areas (global cross functional teams, suppliers)
• Strong passion for science, technology, innovation and problem solving
• 1 year of experience in R&D department
