Lamberti is seeking a resource for our R&D & Application Lab – Natural Polymers in Albizzate (VA). Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will develop and support new products, evaluate materials, and run application tests to help integrate formulations into customers' processes.

Requirements include a degree in Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry, experience in an R&D or application lab, knowledge of analytical techniques, good English, and willingness to travel.

To strengthen our R&D & Application Lab – Natural Polymers, we are looking for a new resource who, reporting to the Technical Manager, will contribute to the development, characterization and application of innovative products, working in close collaboration with our technical teams and supporting customer-related activities.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and support the application of new products


• Evaluate and characterize raw materials and finished products


• Perform application tests to support the introduction of our products into customers’ production processes


• Learn, implement and improve application methodologies


• Investigate the behaviour of products and formulations, correlating their characteristics with application performance


• Support the preparation of technical and promotional materials and the organization of technical meetings


• Prepare samples and formulations for customers

Education and requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry, with a strong interest in technology and industrial processes


• Previous experience in an R&D or Application Laboratory will be considered a plus


• Knowledge of instrumental analytical techniques

Location: Albizzate (VA), Italy

Employment Terms: CCNL Chimico-Industria - D Level

Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €33,000 – €35,000

The salary range for this position is €33,000–€35,000 gross per year. The final compensation and employment level will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills and qualifications, in accordance with the principles of fairness, transparency and non-discrimination set out in EU Directive 2023/970 and Italian Legislative Decree No. 96/2026 on pay transparency.
