R&D and Tooling Engineer

The R&D Substrate Specialist will join a team in charge of the development of substrates.

Main Activities

1. Technical referent for customer engineering dept. during RFQ and launch but also during pre-feasibility study giving support to customer dept.
2. Technical referent for supplier engineering dept. during RFQ and launch but also during pre-feasibility study giving support to supplier to guarantee customer targets.
3. Helping to manage the substrate supply chain and to define sourcing costs.
4. Supporting Project Managers for all issues concerning substrates.
5. Working in Cost Reduction team all project life period to optimize supply chain costs.

Experience and Education

1. Technical Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Interior Design preferably.
2. Proven experience of at least 5 years’ experience in Tier 1 technical office supplier.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
4. Excellent knowledge of Catia, Solid Works, Autocad.
5. Excellent English (written and spoken).
