Sibelco in Monte San Pietro, Italy, is seeking a Quarry Manager to lead safe, efficient and sustainable quarry extraction, production, maintenance and support activities. You will drive Operational Excellence, develop people, optimize assets and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations, while delivering production plans and customer service goals.

Competenze

Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex industrial operations is essential.
Strong understanding of mining and mineral processing operations is preferred.
Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.

Mansioni

Oversee safe, efficient and sustainable management of quarry extraction, production, maintenance and support activities.
Ensure continuity of quarry and processing operations while achieving safety, quality, productivity, cost, environmental and customer service objectives.
Lead safety initiatives, ensure training, investigate incidents and ensure compliance with permits and regulatory obligations.
Prepare and manage annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets, monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Drive continuous improvement of mining, processing and maintenance activities and promote safety, environmental compliance and operational excellence.
