System Engineering

Candidates that would impress us:

• Graduated with a Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Aeronautical/Space, Computer Science, etc.) or University
• Proven experience in Software and/or Hardware, Systems Engineering, and IVVQ activities
• Desire to update expertise and design innovative solutions
• Interest in areas like conception, requirement management, development, testing, integration, or validation
• Ability to solve complex problems in a challenging environment
• Team player, collaborative, with a broad organizational view
• Mentor willing to share knowledge
• Resourceful, analytical, structured, open-minded, curious, rigorous, logical, ambitious

Competencies:

• Quick understanding of systems, stakeholders, products, environment
• Knowledge of design-to-cost approach
• Adaptability and responsiveness to change
• Familiarity with management and engineering tools (DOORS, Polarion, TFS, JIRA)
• Experience with network configuration and administration
• Experience leading engineering projects

Nice to Have:

Specific domain/product/project knowledge (to be filled by Engineering Manager or Talent Acquisition)
