Profile:

• You have graduated with a Master’s degree from an Engineering School (Electronics, Aeronautical/Space Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) or a university.
• You have proven experience in Software and/or Hardware, Systems Engineering, and IVVQ activities.
• You are eager to update your expertise continuously and design innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
• You want to strengthen your skills in conception, requirement management, development, testing, integration, or validation.
• You enjoy solving complex problems and working in a challenging environment.
• You are recognized as a team player and enjoy collaborative work.
• You have a synthetic and helicopter view of organizational processes.
• You are willing to share knowledge as a mentor.
• You are resourceful, analytical, structured, open-minded, curious, rigorous, logical, and ambitious.

Competencies:

• You can quickly understand the system you work in (stakeholders, interactions, products, environment).
• You understand what a design-to-cost approach entails.
• You are adaptable and react well to change.
• You are familiar with management and engineering tools such as DOORS, Polarion, TFS, JIRA.
• You have knowledge of network configuration and administration.
• You have experience leading engineering projects or activities.
