Arcadis is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to join their team in Turbigo, Italy. The ideal candidate will have around 5 years of experience in cost management within engineering or construction. This role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of Revit/BIM methodology, along with an excellent command of English and Italian.

Competenze

• Around 5 years of professional experience in cost estimation and control.
• Excellent level of English and Italian (B2).
• Good understanding of construction techniques and planning procedures.

Mansioni

• Prepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates.
• Carry out economic and feasibility calculations for construction projects.
• Prepare reports and cost analyses for construction projects.
