This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and expanding Quant Team responsible for developing financial analytics across the Confluence Group. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong numerical, verbal, and analytical skills, along with a quick learning aptitude.

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

Candidates should have a degree in a numerate field such as Physics, Math, Financial Engineering, or Financial-oriented Computer Science. Knowledge of Python and C++, strong numerical and statistical skills, and good analytical abilities are essential. A willingness to learn and innovate, along with proficiency in English, is also required. Relevant experience may include roles as a Quantitative Developer, Developer, or Quantitative Programmer.
