MISSION:

Responsible for ensuring that the products and services produced by the company and its subcontractors meet high quality standards.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Project Manager, the candidate will focus on implementing policies to deliver satisfactory products and services to customers. Responsibilities include directing inspection and testing programs, establishing proactive quality assurance procedures to prevent defects and improve performance, generating work instructions and company procedures, conducting internal quality audits, reviewing and analyzing NCRs and complaints, and coordinating with third-party inspectors for necessary testing.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 10 years of experience managing complex projects such as HV substations and HV lines
• Experience with medium-sized PV plants
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and Windows OS
• Professional level of English and intermediate Spanish
