For its Buildings, Industry & Data Center division, based in Milan, Bouygues E&S Italia S.p.A. is seeking a candidate for the role of Quality Assurance and Control in construction sites.

The selected candidate will be part of the project team and will be responsible for QA/QC activities on-site.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Adapt QA/QC procedures to align with contractual requirements specified by the client;
  2. Train the site management team on procedures, assign tasks, and provide template documentation;
  3. Plan QA/QC activities in coordination with the overall schedule;
  4. Supervise proper application of procedures, providing adequate training to site team members;
  5. Collect, archive, and submit QA/QC results to the client, analyzing feedback to identify strengths and areas for improvement;
  6. Organize and participate in QA/QC meetings and prepare minutes;
  7. Investigate and report incidents or non-conformities, identifying causes and preventive/corrective measures.
Requirements:
  • Experience in construction sites, preferably as a general contractor;
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking;
  • In-depth knowledge of legislation and procedures;
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, including Project;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Good organizational skills.
