For its Buildings, Industry & Data Center division, based in Milan, Bouygues E&S Italia S.p.A. is seeking a Quality Assurance and Control (QA/QC) Specialist.

The selected candidate will be part of the site team and will be responsible for QA/QC activities on construction sites.

The main duties include:

  • Adapting QA/QC procedures to align with contractual requirements from clients;
  • Training the site management team on procedure use, assigning tasks, and providing template documentation;
  • Scheduling QA/QC activities in accordance with overall project planning;
  • Supervising proper procedure implementation and training site personnel;
  • Collecting, archiving, and presenting QA/QC results to clients, analyzing feedback for improvements;
  • Organizing and participating in QA/QC meetings and drafting minutes;
  • Investigating and reporting incidents or non-conformities, identifying causes, and suggesting corrective actions.

Requirements include:

  • Experience in construction sites, preferably as a general contractor;
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking;
  • Deep knowledge of legislation and procedures;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Project;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Good organizational abilities.
