We are currently looking for a Quality Specialist to support the Manufacturing, Sales, Purchasing, and Research & Development departments.

Responsibilities:

• Active involvement in data integrity and non-conformance material containment processes.
• Assist in process capability testing and routine inspection and testing of products.
• Maintain effective communication with other Quality Department team members and Operations using system-based methods.
• Maintain all quality record documentation, including management review meeting minutes and charts, training records, internal non-conformances, customer complaints, vendor non-conformances, and corrective action reports.
• Assist in managing the Quality System across four plants.
• Provide training on new quality processes and best practices.
• Follow all plant and department-specific safety rules, including the use of required personal protective equipment.
• Understand ISO, BRC, HACCP, or similar principles and assist in ensuring compliance organization-wide.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Two to four years of experience or related education.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
