This role focuses on ensuring the highest quality standards in production and involves liaising with Global Quality and suppliers. Ideal candidates will have experience in luxury goods manufacturing, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Italian and English.

Position

We are seeking a Personalize Product Technician to join our team. The resource will play a meaningful role in ensuring the highest quality standards across the production process.

Job Responsibilities

• Liaises with Global Quality in order to set clear guidelines for what constitutes acceptable quality in materials and finished products;
• Works with suppliers to ensure raw materials and finished products meet necessary quality specifications;
• Supervises the manufacturing process to identify potential issues early on;
• Ensure the accurate Quality metrics management and monitoring, performing analysis & handle actions to improve the KPI results;
• Ensure all products align with relevant industry regulations and safety standards;
• Addresses customer complaints and feedback related to product quality;
  
  

Profile

• Previous years of work experience in the role (past experience in Luxury Goods manufacturing contexts is considered a plus);
• Excellent communications skills, dynamic and proactive approach and team-working;
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite;
• Process driven approach;
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving attitude;
• Proficient Italian and English, both spoken and written.
