Una importante azienda del settore aerospace cerca un candidato di successo per gestire e mantenere l'intero portafoglio di certificazioni, inclusi ISO 9001 ed EN 9100. Il ruolo richiede una gestione rigorosa di audit e documentazione, oltre a supportare lo sviluppo dei processi aziendali. È necessaria un'istruzione in discipline tecnico-scientifiche e almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel framework EN 9100. È richiesta la fluente conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese.

Competenze

• Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel framework EN 9100.
• Patente di guida categoria B.
• Disponibilità per occasionali trasferte.

Mansioni

• Gestione e mantenimento delle certificazioni esistenti.
• Pianificazione e esecuzione degli audit interni.
• Supporto allo sviluppo aziendale attraverso l'ottimizzazione dei processi.

Descrizione del lavoro

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing the company’s entire portfolio of certifications (including ISO 9001, EN 9100, and other system certifications). The role requires rigorous operational management of audits and documentation, combined with the ability to actively support the development of company processes, with a specific focus on the Aerospace sector (EN 9100).

Key Responsibilities

• Complete management and maintenance of existing system certifications.
• Planning and execution of internal audits and management of third-party audits.
• Support for business development through the implementation and optimization of processes related to the EN 9100 standard.
• Monitoring of regulatory compliance across the various operational sectors (Motorsport, Automotive, Industry).

Mandatory Requirements

• Education: Degree in technical-scientific disciplines (STEM).
• Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience specifically within the EN 9100 framework.
• Languages: Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken, B2 level or higher).
• Driving License: Category B.
• Soft Skills: Excellent ability to integrate and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Availability: Available for occasional business trips.
