QUALITY SYSTEM SPECIALIST, Monza-Brianza

Location: Monza-Brianza, Italy

MAW S.p.A. Search and Selection is seeking a QUALITY SYSTEM SPECIALIST for an important company specializing in the production of special plastic components.

Reporting directly to the Quality Manager and collaborating with colleagues in the office and laboratory, the candidate will manage the following activities after an internal training period:

1. Contribute to ISO 9001 Quality System activities, developing adequate knowledge of plastics and their characteristics.
2. Receive and manage customer complaints, ensuring immediate processing, recording, and archiving.
3. Analyze statistics to propose resolution or improvement actions, coordinating with an internal office resource.
4. Acquire knowledge of all customer specifications, proposing modifications if needed, supporting and motivating these with data.
5. Develop specific product application skills, suggesting technical solutions to customers.
6. Maintain and supervise product certifications.
7. Handle design requests related to new raw materials, collaborating with external entities (Polytechnic, Universities, Agencies) for tests to be conducted jointly with the company.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree or high school diploma, preferably in mechanical or chemical fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• Knowledge of plastic processing and general mechanics.
• Excellent understanding of mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency in English.
• Skills in using measuring instruments and conducting mechanical, physical, and chemical tests.
• Preferred: experience with aerospace certification systems.
• Strong learning, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ideal candidates will have experience in quality assurance and control, with a strong motivation to learn and grow.
