Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the development and improvement of the Company Quality System;
- Provide support to other departments for analyzing, defining, and improving operational processes;
- Participate as an auditor in internal quality audits;
- Analyze data from projects and processes;
- Draft and revise Quality System documents;
- Review and implement production processes to maintain quality standards;
- Work closely with production to ensure adherence to quality protocols and implement necessary verification processes;
- Analyze and test different parts of the production process to check their effectiveness (e.g., products, components, processes);
- Identify potential problems and develop solution strategies;
- Support project teams in managing Corrective Actions and Improvement requests.
Role Requirements:
- At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role, preferably in medium-structured environments;
- Proficiency in the Office Suite;
- Knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard;
- Familiarity with main Quality Control tools;
- Good command of written and spoken English;
