Descrizione del lavoro

Valid Driver's license required, with regular travel around Italy. Please submit your CV in English. The ideal location is Milan, but candidates living in the North are also considered. This is a 18-month temporary contract.

YOUR MISSION

Enhance visibility of product and service quality at an operational level, focusing on Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) and process compliance at CHEP Service Centers and the 3PL network. Promote a quality-driven culture by supporting the quality management system through product and process audits. Act as a key customer liaison, providing timely support and resolution for quality-related issues.

YOUR GOALS

Implement the Quality Audit program at CHEP-owned and subcontracted plants, aligning with the quality team's objectives. Develop and deliver Quality and Compliance Training materials to operations personnel, fostering adherence to quality standards. Act as a customer-facing representative of CHEP in all quality matters, leading resolution of issues through the root cause corrective action process. Establish and enforce compliance with Quality Best Practices, Standard Procedures, and materials at regional CHEP and 3PL Service Centers. Conduct unannounced compliance audits of Service Centers, covering both product and process aspects. Support product and process strategies and rollouts to enhance quality standards across operations. Assist in product and service failure investigations at CHEP operations, driving resolution and providing coaching where needed. Investigate and document field intelligence, focusing on metrics such as AQL, QMS compliance, and damage ratios.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

3-5 years’ experience in a Quality or Continuous Improvement specialized role. Lean Six Sigma certification(s) preferred. Prior experience in a plant or quality supervisory role. Fluent in English and Italian. Demonstrated ability to work in a challenging environment. Understanding of supply chain practices and metrics. Knowledge and experience of quality control program implementation. Strong organizational and time management skills.
