Una multinazionale nel settore industriale ricerca un Quality Supervisor che si occupi della garanzia della qualità del prodotto finale. La figura selezionata gestirà e superviserà gli standard qualitativi nelle fasi di produzione e collaborerà con la casa madre per miglioramenti. Requisiti: diploma tecnico o laurea in ingegneria e esperienza in aziende manifatturiere. Condizioni economiche vantaggiose.

Competenze

• Esperienza in aziende manifatturiere di macchine o impianti industriali.
• Disponibilità a brevi trasferte da fornitori, clienti o aziende del gruppo.
• Capacità di identificare inefficienze e risolvere problemi nel processo produttivo.

Job Description :

Prestigious multinational group, well positioned in the market, with a wide range of high-tech machinery capable of meeting the needs of the most qualified customers, has entrusted us with the search and selection of a Quality Supervisor.

The selected person, reporting to the General Manager, will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the final product and its compliance with the desired technical characteristics (precision, performance, productivity, reliability, safety), controlling and supervising compliance with quality standards at all stages of production in the two company plants. They will interact with the parent company for product improvement actions, organization of the industrial process, and definition of quality control procedures, establishing methodologies and techniques. They will monitor performance by collecting data from control systems and feedback from customers, suggesting corrections to be made in the production process. They will manage relationships with key company functions (Technical Office, Purchasing, Production, and Service).

Responsibilities and Activities :

• Identify any inefficiencies in the production process or individual operations and resolve existing issues;
• Monitor the progress of work;
• Verify that the material is as defined and that the technical characteristics of the item are as prescribed;
• Confirm that the shape, in all its components (dimensions, tolerances, finishes), is as defined in the reference documents;
• Examine the machine as a whole or the specific groups that constitute it, in their functional unit, to evaluate compliance with the identified objectives;
• Report non-conformities for which the supplier is responsible throughout the production cycle, managing communication and follow-up of corrective actions;
• Analyze non-conformities and coordinate corrective and / or preventive plans aimed at eliminating causes that may include requests for design modifications for externally supplied components / semi-finished products;
• Intervene on any design issues reported by the after-sales area;
• Manage the quality system according to ISO-9001 standards;
• Conduct inspections and / or site visits of materials at suppliers in case of repetitive criticalities;
• Participate in all group-level committees that address product / process quality improvement;
• Draft detailed reports to the parent company.

Requirements :

Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering;

Experience in manufacturing companies of machines / industrial plants;

Willingness to travel briefly to suppliers, customers, or group companies;

Proficiency in the English language.
