Position: Quality Performance Specialist at CPL TAYLOR by Synergos srl

Location: Sala Baganza, Italy

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Salary: €25,000 - €35,000 for junior profiles; €50,000 - €60,000 for senior profiles

About the Company

The company is a large, well-established manufacturing firm operating in Italy for over 60 years. It has a steady growth in national and European markets, forming partnerships with major international companies in the logistics and food sectors.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Quality Director and collaborating with production colleagues, you will manage product quality performance, train line operators on quality standards, monitor compliance with quality norms/procedures, and develop solutions for internal quality issues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in developing the audit plan
  2. Monitor, close, and report internal and external non-conformities
  3. Handle customer complaints
  4. Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys
  5. Implement training programs for production staff regarding quality systems
  6. Draft and update quality procedures and operational instructions, providing guidance to production operators
  7. Contribute to the development and update of internal quality regulations
  8. Coordinate with certifying bodies and client auditors during inspections
Candidate Profile
  • 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments
  • Professional knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
  • Strong communication skills and customer relationship abilities
