CONTRACT: Permanent contract; full-time;

SALARY: Between €25,000 and €35,000 for junior profiles and between €50,000 and €60,000 for senior profiles

The Company

The company is large and well-structured, operating in the manufacturing sector. A historic entity, operating in Italy for 60 years, with steady growth in national and European markets, forming partnerships with major international names in logistics and food sectors.

The Role

Reporting to the Quality Director and collaborating with production colleagues, you will be responsible for product quality performance, operator training on quality, monitoring compliance with quality standards/procedures in production, and developing solutions for internal quality issues.

Your Responsibilities

1. Assist the manager in developing the audit plan.
2. Monitor, close, and report internal and external non-conformities.
3. Handle customer complaints and monitor customer satisfaction periodically.
4. Develop and implement staff training programs related to the quality system.
5. Prepare and update procedures and operational instructions for the quality system, providing guidance to production operators.
6. Contribute to drafting and updating internal quality regulations.
7. Ensure full cooperation with certifying bodies and customer auditors during inspections.

Ideal Candidate

• Has at least 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing/production companies.
• Possesses professional knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• Has good interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
