Sonoco's Aprilia plant in Lazio, Italy, is seeking a Quality Product and Process Engineer to support the Quality Manager. You will help ensure product conformity through analysis and improvement of lithographic processes, from definition to start of series production.
You will define quality controls, analyze non-conformities, monitor Cpk, and coordinate corrective actions while ensuring food contact compliance and supplier quality. Fluent English is required; Italian is a plus.

In support to the Quality Manager, the successful candidate will ensure the conformity of semi-finished and finished products through analysis and continuous improvement of the lithographic processes capability and the compliance with legal requirements, from the initial definition phase up to the start of series production. For this role we expect you to have a Technical Degree (preferably in Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry) and a minimum of 3/5 years of experience acquired in a manufacturing environment. Good knowledge of Quality tools and good problem-solving skills. Well organised, you are able to work effectively with autonomy and you are result-oriented and respectful of rules and safety . You communicate well and besides Italian, you are fluent in English.
