As the Avenza Plant Quality Manufacturing Leader, you will lead quality strategy and execution at Avenza plant, ensuring cross-functional alignment, process improvement, and compliance across internal and farm-out manufacturing operations.

As a Quality Manufacturing Leader, you will be responsible for:


  • Developing and implementing strategies to reduce Cost of Quality (CoQ) and financial impact of quality issues in production.
  • Leading defect reduction initiatives across plant and farm-out suppliers, including escaping defects.
  • Ensuring timely and effective completion of NCA, RCA, and CAPA processes.
  • Effectively supporting improvement and quality sessions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional leaders to resolve critical quality issues and drive operational excellence.
  • Fostering team development in technical skills and quality culture, aligned with company values.

  • Have a STEM degree with solid experience in Manufacturing, QMS/QA,QC, or Operations Leadership roles.
  • Have excellent technical expertise in energy sector, with analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Be fluent in English, be an effective communicator across functions and levels.
  • Be able to demonstrate ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach to both strategic and tactical goals.
  • Be a change agent with a quality mindset, customer focus, and excellent team collaboration skills.
