Competenze

• 10+ ans d'expérience dans des rôles techniques liés au contrôle qualité.
• Connaissances techniques des composants principaux des produits finis.
• Anglais professionnel et maîtrise de l'italien.

Mansioni

• Coordination des tests de produits finis et définition des tolérances qualité.
• Validation des processus de production en collaboration avec l'équipe d'industrialisation.

About the role:

To strengthen our Quality at each stage of the finished product, we are looking for a Shoes & Fashion accessories Quality Manager based in Scandicci (FI), close to our Industrial teams (Development & Industrialisation) and manufacturers. In this position, s/he will manage quality of materials and finished product during Pre-production/production and aftersales phases.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

For Shoes and Fashion Accessories (Bijoux, textile accessories etc.) , you’ll be in charge of:

Quality Pre-production

• Participation in technical reviews - sdifettamento, risks analysis follow-up in collaboration with industrial department and suppliers
• Finished product tests coordination and Quality tolerances definition for production

Quality in production

• Masters/TDS validation in collaboration with Industrialisation team
• In-line Production processes approval
• First pieces of production approval
• Quality control planning and invoicing
• Production batch release
• Production quality KPIs (calculation, analysis, and report to Brand Management & suppliers)
• Continuous improvement of the quality processes at suppliers/manufacturers

Continuous improvement and Aftersales

• Support to network before sales and After-sales claims
• Network quality KPIs (calculation, analysis, and report to Brand Management & suppliers)
• Quality alerts management
• Support for After-sales projects

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• 10+ years of experience in Shoes Technician roles with a focus on Quality Control/Industrialisation
• Technical knowledge of the main finished product components (leathers, fabrics, metal parts) for Elegant, Casual and Sneakers categories
• Data driven and proactive approach striving for excellence

• Fluent in Italian and good English Level
• Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
• Leadership and Project Management skills
• You are an open-minded and positive person with a rigorous and organized approach
• Availability to travel frequently in Europe (driving license if mandatory)
