About the role:

To enhance quality at every stage of the finished product, we seek a Shoes & Fashion Accessories Quality Manager based in Scandicci (FI), near our Industrial teams and manufacturers. You will manage material and finished product quality during pre-production, production, and aftersales phases.

How will you make an impact?

For Shoes and Fashion Accessories (including Bijoux, textile accessories, etc.), your responsibilities will include:

Quality Pre-production:

• Participate in technical reviews, risk analysis follow-up, and collaboration with industrial teams and suppliers
• Coordinate finished product tests and define quality tolerances for production

Quality in Production:

• Validate Masters / TDS in collaboration with Industrialization team
• Approve inline production processes
• Approve first pieces of production
• Plan quality control and manage invoicing
• Release production batches
• Monitor production quality KPIs, analyze data, and report to Brand Management & suppliers
• Continuously improve quality processes with suppliers and manufacturers

Continuous Improvement and Aftersales:

• Support sales network and handle aftersales claims
• Manage network quality KPIs, analyze data, and report
• Manage quality alerts

What does success look like?

• 10+ years in Shoes Technician roles focusing on Quality Control / Industrialization
• Technical knowledge of main components (leathers, fabrics, metal parts) across categories
• Data-driven, proactive, and striving for excellence
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Leadership and project management skills
• Open-minded, positive, rigorous, and organized
• Willingness to travel frequently within Europe (driver's license preferred)
