Your benefits - technical path
- Gain deep insights into challenging work activities within the Quality Management and Project Business Excellence functions over two years.
- As a trained Quality Management Specialist, you will also be involved in development activities related to Project Business Excellence.

Your main responsibilities
- Interact with Process Owners to develop continuous improvement initiatives related to internal processes (business and support processes).
- Implement and report on quality metrics, including dashboard concepts.
- Manage and maintain the Integrated Management System to ensure all ISO certifications (Quality, EHS, Information Security, Energy Management, Anti-corruption).
- Contribute to customer satisfaction through structured evaluation processes.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure high performance of suppliers.
- Develop initiatives on Project Business Excellence in cooperation with project management and operations.
- Own product safety, standards, and regulations, including internal audits and improvement initiatives.
What you need to bring with you
- You are under 30 and are graduating in Engineering, preferably Management Engineering, or Economics/Business Management.
- Relevant internship experience (3 months or more) is a plus.
- Excellent command of Italian and English languages.
- Aspired to grow within the Quality Management department, with potential to move into Project Management or other fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) at a medium/high level.
- Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Openness and inclusiveness as core cultural values.
