Are you passionate about data, analysis, and continuous improvement? Would you like to contribute to enhancing quality processes in a global environment?

We’re looking for a Quality KPIs and Data Analyst thatwill join the Customer Care Strategy and Quality Business Processesdepartment,where data-driven decisions and process improvement are key to delivering excellence.

What You’ll Do
  • Collect and analyze quality-related data from systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and QSW, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update Microsoft Power BI dashboards, ensuring data consistency and reliability for stakeholders.
  • Monitor KPIs and metrics in the Food and Machine areas, reporting any deviations from standards.
  • Apply statistical methods and data visualization techniques to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports aligned with stakeholder needs, clearly communicating quality performance.
  • Review existing KPIs to identify strengths and areas for improvement, and lead the development of new KPIs from design to Power BI implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Customer Care, Quality, Supplier Quality, Technical Service) to manage and interpret data for issue resolution and strategic reporting.
  • We welcome candidates with at least 1/2 year of experience in similar roles
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI and a passion for creating clear, insightful dashboards.
  • Interest in structured data analysis and process improvement.
  • Attention to detail in handling data from multiple sources.
  • Strong communication skills in English and ability to work effectively in international teams.
  • Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit.
