TECNORD SRL, based in Modena, Italy, seeks a motivated Quality Engineer to join the Quality team and advance the QMS, product quality, and manufacturing processes. The role collaborates with Operations, Engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal standards and international regulations.

Reporting to the Quality Director, you will lead audits, drive continuous improvement, and support APQP, product validation and quality documentation activities across the

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Management Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis, FMEA and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quality data and KPIs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; willingness to travel occasionally.

Mansioni

• Support the development and implementation of quality standards and control systems.
• Contribute to maintaining and improving the Quality Management System.
• Analyze quality data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Plan and perform internal process and system audits; support customer audits.
• Monitor quality performance and prepare reports; assist root cause analysis and CAPA.
