The ideal candidate will oversee quality control procedures, conduct audits, and ensure product safety while maintaining strong communication and problem-solving skills. This mid-senior level position allows for frequent travel to production sites in Morocco.

Our client is a solid and prestigious multinational industrial company operating in the Automotive sector. They are seeking to expand their Quality Department and have asked us to assist in recruiting a Quality Engineer.

Main responsibilities and activities:

• Guarantee that the product meets the required quality standards and customer expectations.
• Coordinate and oversee operators' activities in applying product and process quality control procedures.
• Develop or update control methodologies and conduct audits to ensure proper application of quality procedures.
• Perform periodic inspections of processes, production, and materials to ensure product safety, implementing corrective actions for significant deviations and monitoring their effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role within the Automotive sector.
• Deep knowledge of processes related to Quality functions.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with tools related to Product, Process, and System Quality and Problem Solving.
• Willingness to travel frequently to production plants in Morocco.
• Fluency in English.
