Purpose of the Position

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team of experts. The role involves developing quality standards for R&D, sourcing, operations, and assembly, as well as designing and implementing measures, tests, sampling methods, and procedures to ensure these standards are met.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Perform quality analysis and inspections, including data analysis, benchmark testing, localization, and destructive/non-destructive analysis.
2. Evaluate inputs to core processes and liaise with external vendors to ensure their products meet quality standards.
3. Assess organizational processes, systems, and technology, recommending improvements to enhance product quality.
4. Verify adherence to testing procedures and address recurring issues related to product quality or testing reliability.
5. Maintain and analyze quality records to prepare reports.
6. Educate and train quality inspectors and staff to ensure compliance with quality procedures and standards.

Qualifications and Skills Needed to Succeed

1. Advanced practitioner/leader with strong skills and knowledge, capable of solving complex problems and supporting process development.
2. Relevant work experience.
3. Ability to independently carry out HSE development activities and complete tasks and assignments.
4. Proficiency in analyzing and improving current workflows.
5. Effective communication skills for exchanging information with internal and external stakeholders.
