Lear è alla ricerca di un Quality Engineer per garantire la qualità di prodotto e processo lungo l’intero ciclo di sviluppo e produzione nel settore automotive.

La risorsa lavorerà in sede a Gessate, Italia, applicando APQP, conducendo FMEA e analizzando dati di qualità per migliorare la performance dei processi e soddisfare i requisiti del cliente.

Competenze

  • Almeno 2 anni di esperienza QA in automotive.

Mansioni

  • Applicare le metodologie APQP per sviluppo prodotto e processo.
  • Guidare la pianificazione della qualità e garantire conformità ai requisiti.
  • Eseguire e facilitare revizioni FMEA per identificare rischi e definire azioni mitigative.
  • Analizzare dati di qualità con SPC, Pareto e altri strumenti per migliorare le prestazioni.
  • Investigare non conformità e guidare il problem solving con 8D.
  • Rivedere disegni tecnici per verificare requisiti e producibilità.
  • Preparare documentazione qualità tecnica, piani di controllo e registri ispezioni.
  • Collaborare con team cross-funzionali per miglioramenti continui e soddisfazione cliente.

Job Description

As a Quality Engineer, you ensure product and process quality throughout the development and manufacturing lifecycle within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities
  • Apply APQP methodologies to support product and process development activities from concept through launch.
  • Lead quality planning activities and ensure compliance with customer and internal quality requirements.
  • Perform and facilitate FMEA reviews to identify risks and define effective mitigation actions.
  • Analyze quality data using SPC, Pareto analysis, and other quality tools to improve process performance.
  • Investigate non-conformities and lead structured problem-solving activities using 8D methodology.
  • Review technical drawings and specifications to verify product quality requirements and manufacturability.
  • Prepare and maintain technical quality documentation, including boundary books, control plans, and inspection records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support customer satisfaction objectives.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of APQP and the main phases of product and process development.
  • Proficiency in quality tools including FMEA, SPC, 8D, and Pareto analysis.
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Italian, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
