Main Activities:

• Perform analytical quality control tests in molecular biology (qPCR, ddPCR, RT-PCR, Southern Blot, Western Blot, ELISA tests, HPLC, enzymatic assays) in compliance with GMP and within established timelines;
• Conduct assays and analyses required for the transfer and validation of new analytical methods;
• Manage laboratory operations (procurement of materials, reagent expiration checks, solution preparation, equipment verification);
• Assist in the drafting or revision of documentation (analytical methods, SOPs, etc.);
• Support the drafting of protocols and reports related to analytical activities performed.

Requirements:

• Degree in Biological Sciences / Biotechnology;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Previous experience in molecular biology laboratories and real-time PCR.
