Join our EQS team as a Quality Control Technician, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality standards throughout the production of medium power transformers. You will collaborate with production departments, suppliers, and customers to meet their requirements while adhering to internal procedures and international standards.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Perform quality checks during the production process to ensure compliance with standards.
• Conduct incoming material control to verify quality before production begins.
• Drive the Quality Gate concept in manufacturing to enhance production efficiency.
• Detect nonconformities and coordinate corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
• Promote a culture of quality throughout the production process, fostering continuous improvement.
• Ensure that all quality requirements are met during the manufacturing process.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent experience in a technical field (electro-technical or mechanical preferred) with a strong ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written); fluency in Italian is essential for this role.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• No limitations for working at heights and willingness to travel nationally and occasionally internationally (10-15% of the time).
• Strong target orientation, initiative, autonomy, and a collaborative spirit. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in quality control department in a factory environment is preferred.
