As a Quality Control Technician, you will:

• Perform chemical, physical testing, and sensory evaluations of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Perform basic equipment calibrations according to the frequency noted in calibration procedures.
• Troubleshoot instruments, equipment, and quality deviations in the laboratory.
• Maintain a hygienic and safe work environment.
• Provide backup and support to team members as necessary.
• Identify opportunities for improvements in QC and set proactive measures for trouble prevention.
• Store raw data and retained samples.
• Purchase consumables for analysis.
• Clean glassware and manage special waste.

Your professional profile includes:

• A degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical, Food Science, or related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of overall work experience in a chemical laboratory.
• Operational experience with laboratory systems and analytical instruments such as GC, GC-MS, HPLC, UV, TLC, and sensory testing.
• Knowledge of chemical substances, hazardous materials, and laboratory safety.
• Previous experience in botanicals and sensory testing is preferred.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Precision and planning abilities.
• Passion and flexibility in work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and independent PC usage.
• Proficiency in both English and Italian languages.
