La figura si occuperà di pianificare e coordinare attività di controllo qualità, gestendo un team e monitorando i risultati. Si richiede un diploma, almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruolo simile e conoscenze informatiche. È richiesta la conoscenza fluente dell’inglese. Offriamo un ambiente inclusivo e pari opportunità.

Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Quality Control Team Coordinator who thrives in a fast-placed environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Naples - IT.

Key responsibility
  • Establishing, planning, and coordinate pool of quality inspectors according the quality planning activity.
  • Responsible for people engagement, verifying performance reviews, identifying development needs, developing training plans and performing trainings to the QC team.
  • In charge of monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports, to monitor quality process capability and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Responsible for managing the local QC internal team of specific production unit, including supervision of quality inspections, check/review of check outcomes, and the development of QC improvement activities.
  • Oversees of quality inspections records using company-specific software and tools. Manage the Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) process to track and address quality issues found during inspections.
  • Be the main point of reference for Manufacturing assembly unit, Supply Chain Management, Suppliers Quality Management, Engineering department, ensuring timely execution of incoming materials control activities and sharing of inspections results.
Required Skills/Knowledge
  • Previous consolidated experience in similar job role (at least 3 years)
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Engineering, SAP system, and Company internal repository.
  • Experience in quality documentation management, including Manufacturing Inspection Plans (MIPs) and Declaration of Conformity forms.
  • Knowledge of the main special process (any special processes qualifications will be considered as preference for the recruitment acquisition)
  • Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing specifications, and also on International standards, through welding process standards specification.
  • Knowledge of technical drawings, dimensional and geometric tolerance standards, and practice of measurement tools.
  • Proven Experience in pool coordination leadership of production processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Strongly skill in critical work condition, decision making capability and communication skills. Open to know, flexibility, pro-active approach development and team-working oriented.
Education/Qualifications

High-school graduate or equivalent technical background.

Languages

Fluent Knowledge of English (written & spoken).
