Job Opportunity: Quality Control Specialist

Adecco Italia spa, divisione Permanent, is seeking a Quality Control Specialist for an important multinational company with locations in Dueville and Marostica.

The company, a leader in the mechanical sector known for safety and quality excellence, offers growth opportunities.

The selected candidate will join the Quality Control Department and will mainly focus on identifying and resolving issues through corrective actions. Responsibilities include analyzing and resolving non-conformities related to production processes and products, with a strong emphasis on continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities:

1. Operational management of measuring instruments.
2. Use and management of 3D measuring machines.
3. Technical support to production departments.
4. Quality control of welds.
5. Sampling and pre-series inspection.
6. Conducting internal audits as per schedule.
7. Analyzing line rejects and implementing corrective actions.
8. Managing issues on assembly lines, developing and monitoring improvement actions.
9. Handling non-conformities internally and externally (customers/suppliers).
10. Reporting non-conformities to suppliers and managing periodic returns.
11. Spot checks or on-demand inspections of raw materials (steel), including portable spectrometers during acceptance.
12. Managing control plans: verification, modification, and creation for processes and Kit/RTA preparation.
13. End-of-year inventory management.

Requirements:

• Technical diploma (preferably mechanical).
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within metalworking companies.
• Knowledge of technical-mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency in using measuring instruments and workshop metrology.
• Written English skills.
• Problem-solving attitude, analytical skills, planning, decision-making, communication skills, and attention to detail and precision.

Additional Details:

Work hours: approximately 7:30 am to 4:30 pm with a flexible schedule.

Location: Dueville and Marostica (company vehicle provided for travel between sites).
